Wait is super long and the drinks aren’t good. Doesn’t even fill up the cup . Paid for extra and didn’t even get what I paid for . Don’t waste your time
There was a hair inside of my drink. I also got a cookies n cream smoothie and it was watery and just tasted like milk. The tiger sugar milk tea i got also tasted like water. I didn’t open my drinks until I got home and had to drive back to the store because nobody was answering the phone. When i arrived to the store I had to ask for a refund and they did not even offer to make me new ones. My experience today was very disappointing and handled very poorly.
Please make sure the milk or anything isn’t expired. I had some today, june 1st at 5:30pm, a brown sugar tiger milk tea no boba and it made me terribly ill. I only had freezer-to-toaster waffles for breakfast so I know it was this. All I ask is you ensure all is good so others dont get ill.
